This close to paradise

"Thank you so much."

"No problem," he said. "Now just lay low, and I'll see you tonight." Then he went back to the house.

As soon as he was gone, I knew immediately where I wanted to go. Riding on the local bus the other day, I had noticed a large brick building marked "Orem Public Library."

I'd made a note of basically how to get there. It would probably be a bit of a walk from here, but I figured it wasn't too far, and I didn't dare waste any more of my tiny remaining money on bus fare. Read the rest of the story ->

My family is mormon and it's confusing the hell out of me. Why did they convert to mormonism if only the mormons will go to the "celestial kingdom" Does that mean they don't want to see me?
Messed up religion

So,I'm wondering...is this the final section of Polygamist or is there more to come? Because it's getting interesting, however, when I hit 'next page' it took me to 'Temple Wedding.'

Hey UFPC!!!

Don't worry, there's more of this story to come! :D

Actually, this segment (even though it’s part 5) was the very last segment that I wrote. I wrote it to establish the back-story for Joe, who’s a main character in Temple Wedding and Orem High, and also to introduce Spencer, who’s the star of Bordeaux Mission. :D

Hey Insane Mama!!!

Ah, the irony!!! There's quite a lot of this problem in the church: a big selling point is that you get to be with your family for eternity. Except if they're not Mormon.

By coincidence some if this is dealt with in Temple Wedding.

I've really been enjoying this series. I see you've taken a cue from American TV shows and entered the summer with a "cliff-hanger" to keep your audience interested until the fall installment. ;)
